About Us

Kingussie & Vicinity Community Council currently comprises six people who are committed to doing the very best they can for their community. We range from Retail Managers to Hairstylists, retired Teachers, retired Bank Managers and retired Police Officers, and it is our job to make sure that the concerns and views of Kingussie residents are heard.

At the moment we are working on various issues as diverse as assisting with the acquisition of the Old folk Museum site (in an attempt to revitalise our local economy), planning matters, and organising the town’s senior citizens Christmas Party, but if there’s anything else you think we should be doing, let us know!
